Poonam Kaur was born on 21 October 1983 In Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. She is a Very Beautiful, Most popular Talented Indian actress and model from Hyderabad, who appears in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam films. She completed her schooling in Hyderabad Public School, before doing fashion designing at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Delhi.
She was made her on-screen debut with Telugu Film Mayajalam (2006). Poonam Kaur worked in many movies and rose to fame for films, Souryam, Gaganam, Nayaki, Attack. She has recipient twice Filmfare Awards for Best Actress in supporting role. she has been nominated as a brand ambassador for Miss Telangana Event.
